Palak tambli recipe | Spinach raita

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups palak
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2-3 tsp water
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp jeera
  • 1 red chilli
  • 3-4 curry leaves
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Half green chilli (if u want more spice)
  • Half cup coconut

Steps to prepare

Take 2 cup of palak. Wash and keep it
Put all the palak leaves after cleaning the leaves. start boiling the palak leaves in a 3 cup of water. the leaves need to turn green as showed in photo,Stop the stove when leave turns green
,Add cumin and black pepper 1 tsp
Add half cup coconut
Now add these palak to the blender. also add grated coconut, half chilli if required, cumin seeds,black pepper.
grind to fine paste adding minimum water
Transfer this into a bowl. add curd or buttermilk and mix it well. 
Mix salt how much required ..
Put all seasoning ingredients mentioned for vaggarane ..
Palak ready to serve
